While changing the fuel filter the wires on the "Water in Fuel " sensor broke off. Is there a way to repair them or do I have to see my local Dodge Dealer?:( :

I never used it either and never had a warning on my 96'

Therefore I will probably leave it alone for now Thanks for the help and suggestions.

Mine broke off several years ago but I replaced it with a new one. About $25 from the dealer.

Assuming they broke where they enter the fitting that screws into the filter, you could possibly file away enough material to free the ends of the wires then solder the pigtail back on.

I like your idea better then just leaving my sensor alone. I will check Geno's Thanks for the tip
