Replace CAT "Test Pipe" w/Muffler or Resonator

I've replaced my CAT with the supplied MBRP "test pipe" 4 years ago. The drone is no longer "cool" when hauling. MBRP suggests I consider their P/N M91031 T409 SS Muffler [$140]. It is 30" overall, but seems to have a 'split' stub pipe to accommodate a 'saddle' clamp rather than the desired 'band' clamps.

What have y'all done to install a SS muffler or resonator to replace the "test pipe"? Thanks for watching.

There's been a few dyno results posted that the cat has minimal effect on hp.
Why not re-install it?

I'd put the cat back in. It sounds better with it and they breath much better than most think.

What you want is a "lap joint" band clamp vs. a "butt joint" band clamp
