replace door speakers

Apparantly my stock door speakers are glued in, anyone have any suggestions on how to get em out? I am thinking a hammer but wanted to know if maybe there is someone more subtle out there.

The ones I've seen are either riveted or screwed into place. They will get a grip on the door, but slow, gentle prying will get them loose after you've removed the fasteners.

Has your truck been rustproofed? I had one once that had and there was a 1/4" of rustproofing all over the speakers and yes they were hard to get out!
