Does anyone make a tie rod set-up that makes both tie rods replaceable without having to buy the big long right side one everytime for a diesel 4x4? My NAPA dealer can only find it for the 2x4 trucks. Thanks.
I installed two of the Luke's Links today, one on the track bar and the other on the right side tie-rod. The second one went quite a lot quicker, you are more sure of how much old material to remove. They appear to be far stronger than the factory thought we needed, and with the adjustable feature should last indefinately. The o-ring on bottom and the sealing washer on top should keep grit out as well as the original seals did. You will need a small end (. 575) on your grease gun to get into and onto the fitting after installing the links. The cost is under $50 each, quite a savings versus buying track bars and long side tie-rods. Thanks again HEMI.
