Replaced Ecm- Still wont start

Does it throw and codes?
There's a fuseable link on the drivers side in the of the battery that supplies the ECM with power. I think the wire is blue and red and needs 12v present. There is also a ground for the ECM on the qtr panel next to the drivers side battery. You may want to check for corrosion under its head or in its threads.

After replacing ECM:
Fuel pump running?
Fuel pressure?

An alternative option for "ECM failing in running the lift pump" is to run the lift pump from battery power with a relay, controlled a key ON power.

Wonder if he trouble shot the fuesbox and integrated power management? Those fail as well.
