Looking for best prices/sources for either a new carpet kit or maybe full vinyl floor... . 96 X-cab. Haven't even found the vinyl yet...

When I had my '97 Gasser, I went to the dealership and bought a Mopar carpet (4x4 Extended Cab). Total cost was $425. 00. They had 5 left in the Mopar inventory. Well worth the money. I cleaned the floor, sealed my leak (third brake light) and put the carpet in with a new set of Mopar mats. Truck looked new and didn't smell anymore. :-laf

Sounds like one in a million, but I just got new factory Mopar carpet and door panels on craigslist.com for $100. All in the original boxes and never opened! I cut factory tape to make sure they were grey!

I know that's no help, so I'll try: I think Rockauto.com has the vinyl floor for around $100. Use TURBODIESEL to save 5%. -JJ

I decided to go with the carpet... I like the rubber personally but I am going to sell this one and I find the carpet an easy sell on the SLT... plus it was a little cheaper.

Well I have it in, let me say you get what you pay for. It looks nice, but feels cheap. Also it's not molded to the floor very well. I did buy the cheapest stuff they had though. One other thing to note it was a total cut to fit. No cut outs at all, also had to trim all 4 edges to fit. Bottom line-would I buy it again? Maybe for an older rig that I didn't plan on keeping for a long time. If you really love your truck spend the extra $ and get some good stuff.
