Replacing 16" trailer rims and tires to 19.5"

Coast to Coast Magazine's technical editor Bill Farlow recommends upgrading the factory 16" tires and rims on travel trailers to 19. 5s, in the March 2002 edition. Has anyone done this? Where did you find the rims and what do you think of the change-over?



My trailer has 15s. What similar upgrade options would be available for me?

hey doc i do not know about the upgrade but i do know a couple of weeks ago a guy in the classified adds was selling a set of 19. 5 rims for 600. 00 on tdr.
