Replacing dash pad

How difficult is it to replace the dash pad in a 1992 W350?

Mine is cracked and coming apart.

Does anyone by chance have a grey one they could part with?

I just stripped an '86 truck, (blue int, don't get excited). It's not too bad, but the screws by the windshield are gonna suck if you don't remove the window. They are just under the rubber.

My dash is cracking, too. Gotta be another way!!! Anyone have any ideas/experience?

To remove the screw's by the windshield the only way is to cut the rubber out around the screws then hope and pray it doesnt leak mine hasnt but in the desert we dont get much rain . I believe I still have a dash from a 85 with air if anyone wants it it's {red}

They aren't under that far. Cutting a little with tin snips might work. I don't think it will leak, it's on the inside. If it leaks there, it's been doing it! :{

My 1992 fell apart. It's in pieces. I covered it with the dash cover by Cover King. Bought one from Geno's Garage. Looks great and easy to install. I think they only have them in black for our trucks. But I like black. So it works well for me.

Here are some links for dashes... LMC truck seems to be interesting... but at the lower price, they seem to offer more. Wondering how and why... probably all of them come out of China.

BTW; where can I find a Instrument cluster for my truck (2001) that had kmh kilometres? I have been searching, but have not found any sources yet... Thanks

Car-part.com. Look under the Canadian side and you will find lots.
