Doinged my new truck--thought the ground was level--walked away and turned back to see truck idle off into the boat... aauugghh. Too old for this 
Oh well. Didn't lose my temper--that was good. Replacing hood is option and because gauges are also next how about doing the gauges in a hood hump outside the windshield. Real easy install but are they waterproofable? Anybody do this before? George
