Replacing mirrors

With these awesome gigorgeous mirrors, I had to eventually hit something So today I get to replace them. Got parts from dealer, now time to remove and replace. I'm not mechanically inclined, so I'd love some step by step instructions (any illustrations would be great. )

There are 3 nuts that hold the mirror on. Two are visible when you open the door and look at the backside of the leading edge of the doorskin. Then if you remove the screw in the "triangle" (plastic inside of door above the window line) you can pull it out enough to see the third nut.
