RER NAV Unit question

Does anybody know how to change the default state from MI (Michigan) to something else? In my case it's CA but I can't figure out how to change it.

Changing State on NAV

Step by step:
Press NAV hard key
Touch the NAV Settings soft key
Touch the Set Default State soft key to chose your state

Have you received your set of manuals from Dodge yet? There is a 160 plus page Users Manual on the Navigation system.

No, not yet and it's kinda irritating. Did you get a big package of manuals in the mail? If I wasn't so in love with the truck I'd be really P/Off.

Default NAV settings directions are wrong.....

Step by step:

Touch the Set Default State soft key to chose your state

Thanks for your help on this as "NAV Settings" was the hint I needed. Interestingly, my RER radio is different and the 2010 Manual is wrong. I just went out and tried the directions above (which are consistent with the manual I found on the Dodge website) and they don't work. There is no "NAV Settings" button on my screen after I hit the NAV hard key.



I finally found it though so for others that may be having the same problem:

Press MENU hard key

Touch the NAV Settings soft key

Touch the Set Default State soft key to chose your state



Whoever the brilliant engineer was that moved it from the NAV key must have been smokin' a little too much.
