Crew Cab at Research Survey
Tonight I went to an automotive reasearch survey in Los Angeles. It was Dodge based. After filling out a questionaire we were shown a bunch of bright red trucks. Mostly Dodges, but some F*rd, Chevy, and Toyota. We sat in them, walked around them, and answered many more questions. They had a proto-type of the new Dakota. Nice looking fenders were sculptured alot like the new Rams. The grill was kind of a turn off for me though. It looked like a cross between a Ram and A Cadillac Escalade. A little too angular.
The had a full size Ram 1/2 ton full CREW-CAB short bed.
I ordered one on the spot. (wish) The back door was as long as the front door. The window was rounded off much like Quad-Cab. The seats in the rear seemed more like buckets, but, they folded down like the Quad-Cab do. Now is the kicker. The C pillar was about 12-14 inches wide. With a flat floor 12-14 behind the seats. The seat backs were adjustable like the fronts. The cab is really big. Lots of room. A really nice piece.
And they paid me $100 what fun.
