Reset Oil Change Screen

My 2017 Ram is having an issue not resetting the screen after an oil change. I've owned this truck for 6 years and have never had an issue with resetting the screen. I get to the point where it says to confirm the reset and it will not reset, it goes back to where it was prior to changing the oil.
Any ideas for what going on?

don't hold the button when it says confirm, press and release quickly....I had the same thing happen on my last oil change and it didn't like it when I was holding the button to confirm...quick press and it worked.
