If you convert to LED lights you will need to connect resisters between the stop/turn hot wire and the ground wire for each side. The body builders section on www.dodge.com recommends 6 ohm/50watt resisters. Trucklite recommends 10 ohm/25 or 50 watt resisters. I sourced mine from a local electronic store for $2. 49 ea. . If you keep the original tail lights and add LED lights, you will not need any resisters. Hope this helps someone, as I knew I need resisters , but didn't know the specs. .
