Grabbier Limited Slip Clutches?

I'm willing to give restacking the clutches in the rear end a try. I plan on replacing the fluid in a few thousand miles, so this would be a good time to do the restacking thing. If anyone can give me step by step instructions, I would appreciate it. The extent of my diff work to date has been changing fluid, so lets start w/ the basics. To be honest, I'm a little intimidated about messing w/ things in there. But how hard can it be, right? I think I can swing it if I don't have to reset the ring and pinion (which I don't have to, right?)

I think there was a thread on this about a month or so ago. However, I dont think explicit instructions were posted. Another idea might be to leave out the friction modifier when you change your fluid and try that first. Its supposed to tighten things up.

Partner, the real skinny on this is you need a factory service manual. It would be very difficult to type it out and not miss anything. The service manual covers all of the steps, and then all you need to know from here is the order to stack the plates in, that can be turned up with a search very quickly.

Hope this helps.

EDIT, saw a set of 01 service manuals on the classifieds for $50. SMOKIN price!! Jump on em.
