Restoring clear headlight lense?

Anyone know of a product that can restore/remove all the pits and scratches from the clear headlight lenses.



I thought I had read somewhere where such a product was available.

Wal-Mart sells a small kit to do this. It's in a silver bag. I have no idea how good it is, but I'm thinking about trying it on the wife's car when the weather warms up.

No problem I remebered reading this post when I still owned my 2nd GEN and needed to polish the headlight lenses, but I decided to fix it by purchasing a new truck!

FLITZ is the way to go to restore headlights, saved me a bunch when i did my daughters 99 grand prix, also put a coat of the protectant wax on my truck and the wife's new ride, i would recommand Flitz to anyone who wanted to clean up headlights or just make and keep things shiny.
