In an effort to figure out why my motor is eating oil, I'm going to replace my valve stem seals and adjust my valves. TO do this I got the new valve compressor from Genos that does both valves at the same time. Obviously, I have to remove my rocker pedestals.

Any advice for reusing the studs that hold the pedestals? They are 12mm ARP. clean out the holes really good? Use moly lube? What torque do I retorque to and do I have to retorque after heat cycles or since my headgasket has been on for 70K is it set?

Thanks,
Jamie

BTW I have a copper HG with o-rings
