When I bought my 2016 RAM 2500, the previous owner had a Retrax Bed Cover installed at the dealer. I really liked this cover and it worked for 4 years, since I bought the truck. Now the Polycarbonate cover has cracked and to replace it was $700 (out of warranty, obviously) So after doing some research on line it appears this was a common issue. The second common issue was the plastic spiral tracks inside the canister would crack and then bind up the cover and add additional damage. My canister with the spiral tracks are in tack and work fine. So if any one is looking to repair there Retrax bed cover because of this issue, I am your guy. Willing to negotiate..I was quoted $275 for a new canister.
