Can one of you guys look up in your manual what size the banjo bolt is that's for the return line on the vp44? I have an aeroquip line to put on it, but I was sent the wrong size fitting, it's bigger than all the rest of the banjo bolts. I have to order a -6an to?? adapter, but I need to fill in the ?. If it's not in there, I guess I'll just have to take it off and bring it to the parts store and have them measure it up. TIA

I can't look up the number, but I think I see a problem. If I remember correctly, that banjo bolt is a pressure relief valve also. It tries to keep the internal pressure of the VP44 at something like 14 lbs of pressure. You might ask the person looking up the size to also look up the function of that particular banjo.

the banjo bolt on the return line is the the overflow valve as pointed out , what do you intend to put in its place ? i doubt the truck will run without it inplace as the pressure of the internal pump will just seek the path of least resistance ... that being an open line back to the tank ...
