Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Reuse old style ARP studs

So confirm that if his door sticker says Feb 1996 and with the data plate I showed you, there is a good chance this motor was swapped in at some point? Again this truck was in CA, but no EGR manifold etc. He sold it as a 96 auto motor with 85k on it.

If the chart I linked is correct, and I don't have any reason to think otherwise, all '96 CA trucks were cpl 1863. There isn't a doubt in my mind that engines were swapped.
