I've recently noticed that my reverse lights only work if my hand is on the shifter and applying pressure. If I let go they go out. Is there any adjustment?

I know this is the lazy way out, but thought someone may have dug into this a bit?

Back up light switch

There is no adjustment on the six speed. The switch is located on the side to the transmission up near the top on the passengers side if memory serves. I bought a new one from Dodge, it costs nearly $50. Get the dealer to repair it under warranty. I guess it could have loosened up or not have been screwed all the way in. For reference mine would only work if I held my had on the shift lever with just a little side pressure on it. Kenny
