Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Reverse/Neutral Safety Switch Harness

Hello all, I've learned a lot about my truck from this forum, but this is my first post. I'm looking for a wiring harness that connects to the neutral safety/reverse switch on the 47RE trans. The replacement switch Mopar part # is 56028181AB and the Standard part # is NS194. A previous owner had jammed a parts store harness into the old switch and the contact is poor, at best. Does anyone know where to get a harness with the correct end (short of junkyards...already looked!)
