Does anyone have the correct e-mail for drdiesel at cummins.com for asking questions. it is in the cummins pamphlet that they send out. Put in a turbo boost gauge the other week and have been noticing that from 2nd ,3rd gear that the boost doesn't work suspect that the inj pump isn't pumping fuel in to the cylinder part of this low power since new. It revs up but no power it does work on the highway but not below 1500++ RPM. Doesn't idle smooth at all either since NEW as well. AND DOES ANYONE have the voltage spec's for the vp-44. I have 1 volt Peek TO Peek on the fuel shut off pin 4 to me I think that it should be nominal 5 V. Then maybe I can fix this piece of dog excrement.

Could be a bad MAP sensor.

Believe it to be a BAD APPS. Have measured other new ones and thay are bad from the factory!!!!!!!!!! please read new BAD APPS.
