No. Providence

Seen a few times in No Providence & Smithfield. A Black 2500 4x4. Nice sounding 4" exhaust, and a HUUUGE TDR symbol on tailgate. I was stuck behind him a couple of months ago, and he definately wasn't in a hurry.

FUEL PRICE???

I was driving around today looking for fuel. I saw prices from $1. 91 in Smithfield to $1. 76 in Cumberland. Needless to say, I'm looking for cheaper fuel.

Where can I find fuel in northern RI that doesn't break the bank??? I've seen a station in Uxbridge, MA that is usually 10 cents cheaper. There is also a HESS in East Prov, that is usually cheaper. Where are you getting fuel?????

Thanks,

simon

PS. I saw a couple of 3500s yesterday and today. A nice CLEAN dark truck driving in our mini blizzard friday( diamond hill rd/ woonsocket)- Batman??? Also a good looking white 3500 pulling into the cumberland farms on Mendon rd in Cumberland saturday afternoon.

SBerrio, could have been me... ... ..... I live off Mendon Road..... Toolman, why didn't you call if it was you and you were near me??????????

Fule prices... ... ... . Consumers on Hamlet Ave $1. 68 high priced but I have never had a problem with there fuel

There is a place in Bellingham, MA, between the police station and RTE 495, they usually have the cheapest around (about 6-10 cents cheaper than consumers) they also have good fuel.

I tried to do the cheap fual thing and have gotten bad fuel (I got this fuel up in Westwood MA. )

So the cheapest good fuel around is in Bellingham. PM me if you want directions.

BTW, are you going to the wrenh day on the 22nd????

A Ha--coming out of the Connecticut wilderness:rolleyes: , to the big city? One of the reasons I saw your truck, Tool Man, is it looked like you were pulling up to GAS pump;) !!!

Batman-I'd go to Consumers, but I'm not a big fan of full serve--something about other people leaning on my truck. I think I know where your talking about in Bellingham, I was just at the PD the other day.

Today, I was gassing up the car at the remodeled Shell on Diamond Hill & Mendon. They are running a special on Diesel--- $1. 69. I didn't even know they sold it.

With the pile of parts already here, or on the way(fender flares, backup lights-new grill-4" exhaust just ordered). I want to go on the 22nd, I wanted to take a look at some of the DTT stuff, because injectors will be ordered soon.

Unfortunately, the 22nd is the only Saturday each month that MEPS is open--we call it "Processing Saturday". It works pretty good with the HS Seniors that want to join, but there parents won't let em take a day out of school. I HATE PARENTS!!! Not really, but they can interfere with recruiting!!!

11 months and back to the Army,

guys it wasn't me i ..... i was just feeling down and needed a compliment and ..... i ... ... ... i took it. I 'm sorry "awww Daivee" ;)

try 1. 89 at mobil arround the corner DOWN THE ROAD FROM MOBIL'S SHIP YARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGGHHHH!

ok i'm done

Simon,

That Shell is usually about $. 15 more than anyone else. Personally, Consumers is probably the only full service I'll go to, they are (for the most part) very careful (read tis as, tey don't lean on your truck). Just an FYI

The wrench day @ Massdiesels will probably last until at least early evening. When your done with the parents:D You should call the shop (508/528-6127) and see if there is anyone still there.

George

OH & BTW, you will love the DTT stuff... ... hoipefully you are going with at least 2's for injectors. Personally, I have 2's and want more... ... ... ... ..... take it for what its worth:rolleyes:

George,

I'll do that. Sounds like a solid plan.

I was debating going with just 275s or DD1s, but with transmission mods I will go with 2s. I'd love to check out the shop, and see what types of transmission packages, etc they could put on my truck. The bad thing is I don't NEED the Cummins or the extra power. It is just a daily driver. I just like the sound and all the funny looks I get  .

I've owned a Cummins Dodge since 93, and I've only towed a trailer once!!! Of course, I've pulled numerous knuckleheads out of snow or sand!!!

Enough rambling,

simon

On I-95 South of Providance

on Friday 2/27/04 @ 6:25 am I saw a red 2nd gen. 3500 with airhorns and a CB antenna mounted on the drivers door mirror. I hollerd at you but you must not have had your raido on. You went up 95 towards Providance, and I had to go up 295 to Woonsocket.

Anybody?

Good place to get fuel in the Providence, East Providence, Barrington area is the Citgo station on route 44 in Seekonk mass. It is about 1 mile east of the R. I. border and they move a decent amount of fuel. I generally pay . 10-. 15 cents less than other local stations.

FWIW I drive a silver '04 2500 QC/SB 4X4 with Putco wheel to wheel boss bars and a chrome Mopar 5'' exhaust tip. I don't have a TDR sticker on the truck but I have red IAFF fire union stickers in my front and rear window.
