Ride of 2500 vs srw 3500

Anyone have any input as to the ride difference between a qc 4x4 2500 and a similar srw 3500?

as long as you don't hit a bump hard enough that you contact the overload springs, there will be absolutely NO difference at all.



Thats why my 2500 series sales are suffering,

the 3500's are selling like hotcakes



they have the exact spring pack as far the the chrysler rep told us, but the 3500 SRW has the overload springs and bumpstops

Do not know for sure, but I think the 2500 I test drove was smoother than the 3500 I bought. My 3500 does have Snow Plow package though which could be the difference, But I only drove the 2500 once as well.

some general info:



the old snow package included springs, etc,



the new snow plow package had NO spring enhancements what-so-ever, it has bigger alt. and skid plate, etc



The difference in ride can also be linked to the tire pressure, and A/S tire vs. the on/off road tire.



but hey, buy what feels right to you, thats why they make both!
