Off Roading Rimrock Wheelin' pics

We went to Rimrock, Wa on Saturday. Great trail system. Our club ran with a different club that's familiar with the area. I don't know the exact trails we were on. I can say it wasn't Pucker Ridge or Bethel Ridge. Also got to try out my new on board welder.

What kind of welder did you get? Great pix, too bad there wasn't any scenery, LOL.

I've got an old Linc Arc I'm in the process of re-installing, left it off when I switched to a 4. 0 in my CJ-7.

I'm running a Premier Power Welder along with leads I bought from PPW. My first run with the welder and it was absolutely necessary. After repairing the suspension we were still a couple of hours from the fireroad.

I talked to them this weekend, Harry Robinson sold Linc-Arc to them a few years ago and works with them today. They're handy things, but I've noticed since I took mine off I don't spend a lot of time under somebody elses Jeep burning the crap out of my arms. LOL I guess I'm a glutton for punishment cause I'm putting it back on.

I learned that when the fun factor increases when wheelin' so does the necessity for the welder. I'm running the 175amp alternator. Harry is great to talk with and very knowledgable.
