I am looking to up grade to some 18" rims. I think I'm going with Moto metal 956 for the rims, but can't decide wihich tires to go with it. The size I want is :325 60 18. The brands I've found with this size are: Toyo A/T, Cooper STT, Nitto A/T and BFG A/T. I was wondering if anyone has ran the Cooper STT's, and if so how did you like them? Was there any balancing issues and how did they wear? I really don't need this agressive of a tire for daily driving, but I do pull a trailer daily and put heavy loads in the truck bed often, and these tires have a load rating of 3700. What do you guys think?

I have the Cooper ZEON LTZ and these are great tires as far as I am concerned. THey are "E" rated and look great without being very noisy. Check them out if you can. I got them at discount. THey are far better than the Terra Grapplers I had before (Nitto).

I'm running the 325/60R18 Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ's and they are wearing well, have a 3525 lb weight rating, fit with no lift and no rubbing (on my Eagle wheels) and they balanced without weights because I use Innovative Balancing beads. They have a higher pitch road noise compared to the Toyo M/T's I used to run, but I don't even notice it anymore. I miss my Toyo's.

Thanks for the responce. Didn't even think about checking MT website. Those look like a great tire. There is a dealer near me that has a set on the showroom floor, so I'll go look at them.

I've got the stt's. They have been a good tire, but will need replaced soon with about 35k miles. I rotated them about every 10k. I will not buy them again due to the noise and rock throwing. You may look at the st or the atr's. For the money they are pretty good.
