Rims to fit first gen

Will the factory aluminim wheels off my 2002 3/4 ton (see readers rigs) fit on a first gen truck? I am concerened with the front hubs on the 4x4. Also, will they fit on a 2wd first gen CTD

I put some chrome, 03 17's on my 93 2wd. Had to use a 1" spacer to clear the upper balljoint(more offset on 03 rims) and to get a 9/16 stud for the center cap to grab. The rears also rub on the inner wheel well without the spacer/adapter.
