RIP Eugene C. Peters

On behalf of myself, the Northern New Jersey TDR Chapter, and Auto Wurks Diesel, it is with a heavy heart that I must report that we have lost a friend, customer, and long time TDR member Eugene C. Peters. Gene, as we knew him, or ECPeters and later on Geriatric Juvenile, fought a lengthy battle with cancer and went to be with the Lord this morning. I, for one, will miss our conversations at the track, over dinner, and over the phone at the shop. He was an enthusiast of pretty much anything mechanical, but really loved his Diesels. All of us at Auto Wurks Diesel and the NNJTDR send our deepest condolences to Gene's wife and family during this time of need. Rest in peace, brother.

I always enjoyed meeting up with him at Mason-Dixon events or at one dragstrip or another.

Pax et requiem, Gene. We shall miss you.
