rip's 4" exhaust

i have my eye on one of rip's 4" exhaust and spoke with him on the telephone. He said on my '94 there were a couple of glitches to think about. the first is with the downpipe which he says will hit the return transmission fluid line coming off of the heat exchanger under the exhaust manifold. He said just to take a hammer and flat spot the downpipe where it hits the transmission line and apply heat shielding tape to the line. The other glitch is with the final bracket on the tailpipe which has a welded connector and strap on the original equipment set-up. rip said there were several ways to modify a bracket to make this work. my question is has anyone else with a '94 (and possibly a 95 or 96) installed one of rip's systems and did it work out ok.
