HO HO HO!! Howdy all y'all RMTDR folks! Mike, Tim, and I are happy to announce our Rocky Mountain TDR Christmas Holiday Party! Oo.

Dec 4th, 12 - 4 pm - Denver, CO - Bennetts Pit BBQ, at 52nd and Wadsworth.

Mark your calendars and head on in to Denver on Dec 4th for a nice lunch/meet and greet with all of the fellow RMTDR members.

Meal. 3-meat meal with all the fixins'! We're gonna have the best Brisket, Sausage, and Chicken you've ever eaten, and drinks are included. Total price per person will be $18. 47 - total, including tax, gratuity, everything! Oh, did I mention it is all-you-can-eat???!!!

Room. We have the 65-person room ready for us to invade. Please bring your families - all are welcome!

Gift exchange! Bring a gift, receive a gift - Typically gifts are in the Cummins/Truck/Mopar/Repair/Detail range, and usually not more than about $20 bucks. Be sure to wrap 'em tho - the gift exchange is always a hit, and you never quite know what you'll end up with!

Bring your photo albums, scrap books, best bench racin' stories, and Santa hats. A lunch was thought of as the best time frame as some folks will be travelling from as far as Cheyenne and Pueblo, and we wanted to try to keep from having anyone driving home in the dark.

Trucks. Definitely, definitely bring the trucks!

RSVP's not required, but please reply back to this post so we'll have a ball park number to look out for.

Many more details coming, including detailed directions and the procedure for the gift exchange - yer gonna love it!

Thanks to all of you that have expressed interest in regional and meet/greet events. Mike, Tim and I are looking forward to meeting all of you and having a great day. See you then.

I will definitely be at this event for the 2nd time as I had a ball last year. I still feel bad about missing the P. F. I. dyno day. I had a pretty good track record going until saturday.

Last year was a great time! Looking forward to this on too. Do we want to think about "Toys for Tots" for the Children's Hospital or something similar?

I gonna' have to park in the 3rg Gen parking areas this year (damn! :-laf )

Frank, you took the plunge? Sweet! Too bad I wasn't in the market to buy one now or I would have talked to you about your 01. 5.

I plan on being there too, bike if it's a nice day, car if it's not.

I think I may be able to swing this one. My company Christmas party is Friday night in Westminster so if I hang around till Sunday..... :D

Sam,

Let's plan on collecting toys again this year like we did last year and I'll see to it they get to Childrens Hospital again. Looking forward to seeing everyone there.

Cool - Glad to see the word is getting out. Looking forward to seeing everyone again, eating good food, swaping stories, and having an enjoyable afternoon with friends.

CRob - good catch! the RCRCC is the Rocky Mountain RamchargerCentral Club - I'm also a member in there and we're doing our Christmas party on the 10th, at the same time and place as the TDR party :p !. I copied/posted similar threads for both clubs (three if you count the Mopar club here in the Springs... that club's party is on the 11th! ) and missed that edit in here. Already fixed in first post above.

I'll plan to be there as well. Heck I might even wash the blood off from hunting season before I come, just for Craig's sake. :p I should be down to one job by then, finally. :{

Ok guys it's time to make some committments to this. Tammy and I will be there for sure. I will also introduce the new RMTDR president as I have found a replacement. Bring your white elephant gifts if you wish to particate in that. For sure you got to bring donations for Childrens Hospital like we did last year. I will see to it that the toys get delivered. It's a great feeling to be able to do something like that. It helps make the holiday special knowing you did something to make some childs christmas season special and something for them to remember for the rest of their life. I am looking forward to a good time, good friends and a good meal. See you there.
