Cummins Rocky Mountain Booster Open House May 3 - DENVER

One of the RMTDR guys who does not access the boards is looking for help installing his new SPA combo boost/EGT gauge. Al Weigel is the guys name and he was at the wrench day at the Big "O" tire store. He was wondering if some of us could get together and give him some assistance. The soonest we could get together with him would probably be Sunday May 18th. He mentioned something about Kevin Arts saying he would help, what do you say Kevin. Anyone else interested?? We could do it at his house or mine unless someone else has another idea. He already has an A pillar pod with a fuel pressure and transmission temp gauge in it. Anyone able or willing to help??? Let me know and I will get with Al and set something up.

Thanks in advance,

Mike Lockner

Mike:

If I can I will help. Won't know until several days before that though. Those spa's hook up the same as the rest of the electrical type gauges you may or may not have to take apart the end of the connectors. When I did mine 2 years ago you had to take apart the boost connector to get it through the firewall but they may have changed the ends so that you don't have to do that anymore.

Barry, thanks for the offer. I have never done that brand or style of gauge before, but I'm up for learning something. Knowledge is a powerful thing and I like to learn as much as I can from everyone. Hopefully some others will chime in.

Mike
