First Long Trip with my 6.7

improving aerodynamics w/ 5er

I would like to get a road travel guide for travel with my Dodge and 5th wheel. I have heard of two similar guides, "The Next Exit" and "Exit Now. " I have been unable to find the most recently published "Exit Now" in any book stores around me so I can compare the two in person. I would like to know if anyone has seen or used both of these, and which they preferred and why. If you have any other suggestions for road travel guides in the U. S. I would be open to any suggestions. We used the "Milepost" on a recent trip to Alaska and found it a great help. I wish there was something like it for the Lower 48 states.

I have "The Next Exit" and the online subscription. With the online subscription, you can build your trip based on just the Interstates you will be traveling.

I have found a few out of date entries, but overall, it is worth the $$ if you travel the Interstates.

I have used the Diesel Stop this list all the diesel stations on the interstate road system. The book is published new ever year but I buy the book every other year. The book list all types of information on each stop such as RV friendly, dump stations, mile mark and so forth. I believe the last time I bought one the cost was $9. 95 plus shipping. I also use Woodall's camping guide.

I bought both of these from RV. NET book store on line. I hope this helps. Good luck camping this year.

Thanks for your replies. I decided to order "Exit Now" from Amazon.com, as it is spiral bound and probably easier to handle in the car. The one I ordered went back damaged, and it was the last one the sender had. I'll have to check again to order another from someone else. We already tried the book stores and RV stores in our area and no one has that one.
