Attention: TDR Forum Junkies
To the point: Click this link and check out the Front Page News story(ies) where we are tracking the introduction of the 2025 Ram HD trucks.

Thanks, TDR Staff

Competition All right, this ones for pinks.....

Competition Anything going on it OKC 9th through the 12th?

I did a search on ladder bars and traction bars and found a nice thread from 2004 but Rob Thomas has had no activity here since then either. He worked for Michigan Diesel do they or does anyone know if they still sell these bars? There was a lot of possitive feed back on the bars does anyone have any ideas or comments about these.

Does everyone agree that this style of traction bar is a better choice then say fabritech ladder bars?I am not trying to start a slam fest for each I am shopping for the best all around product and am looking for advice. So far the traction bar set up is more highly talked about here from what I have read.

what ever happend to Diesel Darrel? He built a mod truck, I saw it at Gifford 2005 and haven't seen it since.

I heard he retired from Diesel pulling and is working on rebuilding paddle boats. :) :)

Do you have any pics of Poole's tractions bars?

If you look in my readers rig area the bars which I have were bought from Thomas, but,he had them made by Darryl Poole. We do not have enough time, space or get out of suspension free cards from the moderators to get into the whole Rob deal again. Lest just say he is gone and at some point his past may cross his future... ... ... Andy

Can someone help me get into contact with Darryl Poole I can't find him in member list. I was wondering what the price range was for his bars. Member Thekidfan has a set of RT's bars he will sell me what would be a good offer as a general rule half of new for used parts is what I follow would $300 plus freight be fair to offer him?Or should I go with new from Poole?
