Does anybody know that Rock Auto has the worst customer service of any company I have ever seen in my life. You can never call and speak to a human. They do not stand behind their products or parts look up, I was burned by them and will never support them no matter what their price is.

My experience with Rock auto has been positive. I ordered a set of brake drums for my jeep. One was drilled off center. They had me out a return shipping tag in email and a replacement drum the same day i filled the claim.
