I found this in the grill after returning from the coast (crab run). Just missed everything... I think.

You were fortunate the rock hung between two horizontal grille bars. If it had passed through you would have been buying an ac condensor.

It was stopped by the plastic cover over the A/C lines. I have some hardware cloth over the condensor, but who knows if it would have damaged it. My '01 caught a similar rock, not quite that big, but it wedged in the webbing and missed the tubing. That is when I started putting hardware cloth or screen in front of them.
