Rockers for Dually Fenders

'96 3500 Dually has Stainless rocker's all the way around Except for the fenders. I'v tried everywhere to get someone that can sell me the fender parts separately. Can anyone help or comment?

The truck currently has that "fake chrome" plastic looking metal cut to fit like rocker panels on the fenders--I don't know how else to explain it. It is plastic chrome and I'm missing a peice below the gas tank. I realy want to put real stainless on the fenders but can't find anyone who has them short of a custom job. Anyone know of the plastic stuff and where to get it like described above??

Please let me know what you come up with. I was on the NWCummins website and they have a dually same as mine with nice rocker panels--Just not on the fenders. If I come up w/ anything, I'll let you know.

BTW--I moved from GF, ND to OK (military). The weather sure has been nice!!-not what I'm used to!!
