Oo. Just wanted to thank Mike, Sam and Tim for a great time . I was glad to meet everybody. If you were there drop me a pm with your screen name so I can set you up on my TDR buddy list. Mark and Andria Oo. Oo. Oo.
Just wondering who is in charge of the Rocky Mountain TDR now. I have not been on the web site for a while, I use to get e-mails of all the events I no longer do. I would difinetly like to get involved again in the local chapter. Any help as to who to contact would be greatly appreciated.
That was some goooood BBQ! It was good to see a lot of the folks at the event! What a great day! And dittos on what Mark said to all who organised it!
Hey TB- I do not want to step on any ones toes, so I will let either Mike, Sam or Tim get back to you on info. Tim heads up the Wyo & Northern CO area with Sam organising the CO Spgs area and last but not least, Mike managing the DVR territory. Depending on where you are, you might want to shoot one of them a PM. Welcome back!
Wish I could've stayed a little longer, but had to get back to the Springs..... Was a good time though, hope to make a few more of these get togethers... .
Here is a link to the pics that I took, not the greatest but I was in a hurry... . lol
Hey 'Burner - I dunno if any of those pics are going to turn out amigo - I couldn't see past the smoke screen from Dougs 2nd gen :-laf
That was some good chow, and definitely great to meet everyone. Now I have some faces to put names to. Real nice turnout - lots of rigs invading a BBQ joint - what'r the odds of THAT?!
Thanks Mike and Tim for your efforts, and thanks to the rest of you diesel freaks for coming out. Looking forward to the next smoke-fest, probably at ATS of Feb 12.
..... I think I'm good for eatin' for at least a few days... .
I would like to say Thanks to all RMTDR members and friends who came to the Holiday party. I had a great time and best of all I get to deliver a pick up bed load of toys to Childrens Hospital for the kids for Christmas. THANKS to everyone who brought something. We all ate too much and there was alot of good fellowship. I am looking forward to seeing everone at upcoming events. Watch the boards as that was just the first of many fun things to do. Mark Feb. 12th on your calendars for an ATS event and watch close for further details about that and other things. Thank you all for coming and your continued interest in our club.
I would also like to thank everybody for a great time and great food! I hope I am able to make more events even though I drive a..... half breed! Thanks.
Great food, great company! Thanks for putting this together guys. Check out my readers rigs for photos!!
It was GREAT to see everyone again. Glad to hear Sticks got his turbo troubles fixed. Saw Nick, but didn't get a chance to say hey 'cause he was too busy gettin' rides in the ATS truck! Good job, Nick
Thanks to the TDR for the donation of door prizes, and let's not forget Mr. Scott Bentz who, once again, demonstrated his generosity. GREAT pics of the dragster, Scott. Good drivin' Dustin.
The next year is sounding exciting for the RMTDR. Thanks again to everyone!
Is anyone going to submit a write-up to the magazine????
As said above, thanks all for coming out. Special thanks to Mike and Sam as well as the Bentz boys for bringing a BIG box of goodies and hangin' with us non-celebs.
Had a great time. Thanks guys for putting this together. Sam, didn't get to meet you but now I know who to look out for next time. Tim, nice to put a face to a name! Mike, I did get to see you but didn't get a chance to say thanks in person. So, Thanks! Kurt, Sticks, Doug, Barry, Justin, Scott (Milehi), Scott (Cummins dragster), Kirk and gang, Craig and gang, and everyone else I didn't get to say hi to! Jakey, thanks for the ride! I love your freight train of a truck. Mackenzie (girlfriend) wants a ride in it next time! Larry, didn't get a chance to talk to you. Good job on what? Thanks guys for the nice words on my air ride progress, those of you who got a chance to look at it. I will get pics up ASAP for those of you who did not.
I had a great time meeting people I have seen before as well as some new people and eating the great food too. And thanks to all those that donated to prizes. SamsRam was the smoke that bad for some reason you started to make choking gestures after the rest area on I25, I got a little carried away there as I could not see nothing behind me, but your truck emerging though the smoke .
I am not much of a writer. If you would like to put something together, I will assist you and we will see what happens. If you do I have some TDR Web Site Contributing editor stickers I can give you to put on you truck. I have heard a rumor that Robin or someone from the TDR may be here in Feb. for the ATS event. I'll investigate and see what I can find out. Again Thanks to everyone for making this a Great day. It was good to see everyone and to meet the newer people.
It was great putting names and faces together and seeing so many cummins all together. I'll be looking forward to putting more names and faces together at the next event where hopefully I can stay longer.
Thanks to everyone for putting it on and coming out.
GREAT JOB! I'm real excited about how the club is coming together now. It's going to be fun. Thanks for your efforts. That was some good food too! Like others have said, it was good to put faces with names. It was great that the weather was good, as I got to get some of the dust off Whitey!
As said above, thanks all for coming out. Special thanks to Mike and Sam as well as the Bentz boys for bringing a BIG box of goodies and hangin' with us non-celebs.
