While on a remote job assignment, I looked at my 2004. 5 Dodge truck from a second floor hotel balcony. I was very dissapointed to see a roof crease! Wow! Where did this happen!
Myself, I never park in underground garages - I don't trust the height limits. I want a good 6'-8" of clearance, and I never trust the parking garage to correctly figure out the approach/departure angles on concrete ramps. I finally figured out it was over a year ago that I visited and allowed a "valet" parker to park my vehicle at an "upscale" resturant in Pasadena, CA. They use an underground garage. I went back there, and measured height clearances, and sure enough, fire sprinklers and piping are in the way.
My trouble, though how to prove it? Would anyone believe me?
