The '98 is going to need brake work soon. I haven't looked very closely at the front hubs on my '98 but is rotor removal as involved as it is on 4x4 trucks?

Simple just like a car. remove wheel, remove caliper, 3/8 allen wrench, use care to hold up the caliper so you dont damage the brake line. take off the grease cap pull the cotter pin ,lock ring and nut. rotor just pulls off by hand. there are some good theads in search on doind the brakes. good luck.

Vaughn,

If they are the same as 99's, you won't have any trouble. Front brakes and wheel bearings were surprisingly easy.
