I'd like to start 2 threads: one for people to post their "good" dealership experiences and one for people to post "bad" dealership experiences. There's been quite a bit of demand for a place on here for people to post these kinds of things (including dealership names).

But I wanted to check with the website leadership before doing so to see where you guys think it would be most appropriate to put threads like that. Is it something that could be made "sticky"?

Good thread

Deal with FranklinSussex 5 star dealer ship. Are thy all 5 star? If I wanted to be really picky, my complaint about the service department would be, Twice I stopped in to make an appointment for two small problems, I broke my driver side heated mirror, and the a/c heat blower switch stopped working. It is somtimes easier for me stop by when I'm close than to call for appointment. Both times I was denied an appointment by service manager as both were fixed on the spot. Blower switch took tech awhile to find problem and correct. This is a busy dealership, I was shocked at the service. All work is completed in the time frame given and done correctly. If your in Northern Jersey and need a reliable dealer this is the place to go. If however you enjoy excuses, long waits, an argumentative enviroment then this is not the place for you. My wife bought her Grand limited jeep there, this vehicle wasn't one she had considered, but because of the service and the vehicle itself she chose to purchase there. Steve and Jim were both great to deal with on the sales end. And no I don't work there. I just happened to find a busy high volume dealer with a smalltown atmosphere. Steve
