Royal Purple's Purple Ice

Does anyone use this product of something similar it their trucks? will it help keep it cool? I don't have any cooling issues now, I am just thinking anything that will help keep it cooler is a good thing! Will it cause any issues in my '03 with the Factory extended life coolant?

I have a bottle of Purple Ice ready to go into a BB Dart.



Redline Water Wetter might have more user feedback, in other words it may be a better product.

I just bought some from Napa this morning on my way home actually. Was $15, which seemed a bit pricey? I know a few guys that say it works great, so I figured I'd give it a shot. It's been 100* + here lately... temps I've never seen before and the truck is hitting 200-220* pulling my trailer.

Water Wetter or Purple Ice works good with green antifreeze, but wont help ext. life coolent. Put it in at spring time it will last all summer. {effects faid over time } It helps your coolent transfer heat better.
