Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
5,000 mile report, not a single grind or rough engagement in temps ranging from 100F to 19F, can engage at any road speed now where as before I had to be going very slow. It's good stuff, fully synthetic and rated to replace ATF in gearboxes. JCWhitney carries it. I like the idea of using a gear oil in the Xfer case. I've ordered the synthetic PS fluid and will post my impressions.
