RPM's bouncing

I just came home a little bit ago and when I turned on to my road I let off the throttle and the rpm's bounced up and down for just a second. I might describe it as the throttle hung or grabbed alittle if it had a cable. It did it several times while I was checking to see if was a fluke or not. I'm going in for the recall in a day or two, but thought I would see if yall had any ideas. I'm going try it again here in a little while.
