For those that might be interested, I got this back from Cummins a couple days ago:
"Thank you for your email Ryan. The Road Relay 4 product will not be offered for the 2003 Ram trucks. It has been discontinued due to the lack of customer interest. We have told folks that, if they have a previous model, there may still be some RR4's available - in stock, for example - but the product is no longer being offered for the Dodge. "
Bummer.
