Is the AX flash without the RRT 08-024 with (at least on 07's) the reason so many CELs continue to come up? I understand the RRT addresses some problems with the EVIC (CCN?) and should have been completed with the AX update.

After having just the AX flash performed on my truck, everything went downhill with respect to the aftertreatment system. The missing RRT was discovered by a different dealer who updated it and the constant CEL warnings stopped. Although I'm driving code free, most of the aftertreatment system is now being replaced (DPF / Nox) along with EGR cleanup and desooting.

Not sure what the RRT 08-024 is, but my truck did not have a single issue before I got the AX flash. Since the AX, I have replaced a turbo and had at least 6 CELs.

I just got my truck back from having a complete Turbo cleanout along with most of the exhaust replaced (over $5000 worth of parts) RRT eliminated the messages but was sooted up so bad the DPF cracked and tailpipe was black. Now going to see how things work out, but have a rattle at startup that seems to be pipes rattling against the body under the truck.
