Rs Foldout Mirror Needed

Somebody wacked my brothers RS mirror in a parking lot. 3rd generation fold out electric type. Really all he needs is the plastic that looks like it snaps on the front of the arm, but dealer says "you got to buy the whole thing".



Anybody have the plactic part, or a complete mirror they want to sell?

I got the same problem with the drivers side. Just a small crack in the front piece near the door mount. Maybe we can find a pair and split em? Butt then not too many mbrs want to get rid of the tow mirors, most want them for a swap to the regulars.

He's even willing to replace the towing mirrors with the standard mirrors if he can find a set that are power, and we can verify the electrical connectors are the same.



He does plan to buy a camper some day, so he will miss the mirrors if he does change them out.



I have a buddy in a body shop looking out for a broken mirror from a wreck that might have this piece of plastic we need.

The wiring is the same, plug&play . Those that have swapped have had no wiring problems. So, you can go either way with the mirrors. Dont want to give up mine as they are "needed" when towing the tt.

His drivers side is good, I will have to ask him, but I bet he would trade his $375. 00 DS mirror (and throw in the broken LS) for the price of a set of the standard ones.

Backorder....

According to my dealer, the electric heated tow mirrors are on BIG TIME backorder. I've been waiting for over a month now and I'm being told that it will still be another 4-6 weeks.

Thanks for the tip. I negotiated the tow mirrors when I purchased the truck from the dealer..... thus I've already bought them. Per the dealer, they can't get them due to backorder. Are the mirrors you purchased a mopar/dodge manufactured product??

10-4 Stephen, They are the Stock Dodge flip up, electric heated and adjustable trailer tow mirrors.

I've got a rh mirror that is non heated. Idaho is a long way away!

I have a passenger side heated, power, tow mirror that I wacked on a bridge. There is a gash in the outer most plastic on the backside of the mirror and the mirror glass is smashed and broken off the internal mounts. The arm that is fixed and attaches to the door is fine. Not sure what parts your looking for but shoot me an email if interested.
