RSS Feeds

It seems the option for RSS feeds has been turned off on the site...can they come back please?

RSS feeds were turned off due to their being used primarily by automated scrapers which use feeds to copy content (ie, steal it for republishing elsewhere), others which use them to search for email addresses, etc. Almost every fetch we see to the RSS feed are originating from servers, anonymous proxies, etc. Counting the number of legitimate IP addresses fetching the feeds, about 0.04% of TDR subscribers users fetch feeds.
