Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Runnin like poo

I need some suggestions. About three weeks ago started running badly. Stalling when I shifted the gears from forward to reverse. Stalling 10 seconds after the shift and the truck is rolling. A very annoying surge when idling , after its reached operating temp. A slight surge at startup. Got to crank it over quite a bit to get it to fire. I R&Rd my super mentals thinkin that might help. I installed the 275s. Now Im thinking about running stock injectors. I hate to say it boys but any more problems and its Gotta go. At first I thought it was a bad tank of fuel but its been through two whole tanks since. Ran two pints of power service in the first tank. And one pint of stanadyne in the second tank. It is half as bad with the 275s. It had some problems last year but not near this bad. I have the bd xstator tc and believe it to be a possible factor. Itll do 20 plus mph at idle. The Stall is a bit low. TIA
