Running Empty From Michigan To San Antonio and Back

I will be driving down to San Antonio Texas for a job interview in the June 13th and returning to Muskegon MI the 20th or 21st of June. I will be running empty both ways right now and wanted to see if I could pickup a load to haul both ways to defer my costs. Who would be a good contact to set up a load to transport ? My truck is setup with both gooseneck and 5th wheel hitches and I do have a 7000lb car trailer as well. Also what legal issues will I run into? Truck I am using is my 2001 3500 Ram.

Check out www.uship.com or www.findahauler.com. Legal issues - bluntly put it is illegal. Why not fly down? If yo udon't get a load, I would imagine in terms of money (and time) that flying would be cheaper (I hate flying myself).
